Open notepad, title it "Blacklist", put users name in it and link it in a pastebin :P (then you can ask support for a reroll if someone in your blacklist win)
This will be a new feature of Steamgifts V2.

Because the maximum CV that you can have with bundled games is $30.00.
So I think we can see $30.01 as a filter setting.

yea it was a joke, mostly cus I didn't think you can unmark gifts after you marked received. but wouldn't matter anyways, he only says that in the puzzle, his official rules state no wins at all
