Firstly, you must get a game key via e-mail, then you can press "I received gift" button

Feedback can always be updated. Click here and mark it as not received.

You don't receive the game from this site. You'll have to receive it from the gifter from (preferably) e-mail or steam first, then you mark the feedback.

Or directly contact the guy via steam
