I usually don't update graphics drivers when they are working as intended. Too many bad experiences after GPU driver updates taught me that.

Oh weird, thanks for the heads up. Yet another reason I won't have any problems going back to nVidia for my next card. Not that Raptr rewards / AMD Gaming Evolved was much of a reason to hold me back anyways, Guess I should see if I can cash in my points before the deadline.

At least Raptr / Gaming Evolved was optional, unlike Nvidia's spyware. Don't get me wrong, Nvidia does make some good hardware but I like AMD because their cards are more affordable, they don't bribe developers to optimize for their cards such as with GameWorks and PhysX, and they support open standards like Vulkan and FreeSync instead of closed proprietary systems.

AMD teamed up with them to make their Gaming Evolved App, which was one of the worst AMD decisions imo, the app wasn't even good, it had many problems such as poor color capture. Besides the app itself was full of surveys, offers or other sponsor/ad crap, wanting you to put your personal data(phone number, name, email, address, even card number, etc) to be able to get points to get free stuff, you could use fake info sometimes, but still it was not nice seeing this on a supposedly serious App from a serious company like AMD. It's like the typical offers you have on Tremor Games for example, but why would AMD team up which such half shady system, I don't understand.
