Make a ticket with support (Support button at the top of the page). Do not call out users in the forums.

Yeah, report that little sod.

Its sad that there are users who attempt this, and even worse that some succeed. Stuff like this is why many users don't want winners adding them, as it just invites people like this to make attempts.

Thats why I put "I will add winner on Steam" in the giveaway desciption, to avoid scammers.

steamrep is a good place to report too

Luckily the only time someone added me after a GA ended was because they had actually won the same game twice, so they were asking me to re-roll. Some people are dicks, but many are also nice.
