A friend of mine wants to gift me a steam game not more than 30 Euros

I want some suggestions on good deals for good games , can be full games or pre-orders,

0.7 RPG + 0.2 Action + 0.1 * Shooter = Deus Ex HR
That would be my choice. I don't know your regional price, though.
