That´s probably true, and you only appear in those steamdb-leaderboards you´ve posted if you click on calculate on their site.

I discovered that I was #103 in Sweden. I found it strange since I "only" have a bit over 500 games. I also found it strange that I didn't find any of the fellow Steamgifts users I've met here who are also from Sweden on the top 100 list, even though they all have more games than I have... I searched for them at the site, and each user I did a search for appeared at the top 100 list after I did a search, and afterwards I was at place 106 instead of 103.
That means the site only indexes people who have been searched previously, it doesn't seem like it automatically crawls through all Steam profiles, so there could be a lot more users with many games out there. Not trying to spoil the fun, #555 is still very impressive (I'm guessing the higher amount of games you have, the higher the chance that you have been searched on the site, so close to the top would probably be close to reality), but maybe it's nice to know how it works.

I just found out that I´m on rank 555 (what a nice number!) of the world in total number of owned games :) (see picture!)
