I haven't listened to any death metal recently but I used to. I've moved from "metal only" and "the more extreme, the better" to "anything as long as I like it" some time ago but here's my metal top 10: Anaal Nathrakh, Slayer, Deathspell Omega, Black Sabbath, Burzum, Neurosis, Курск, Blut aus Nord, Bathory, Kreator. Last.fm in case somebody uses it.

In Mourning This album is so fucking perfect.
In Vain My personal favorite out of '13 death metal. Saw them live twice this year, too. Killer shows! (as a man who attended over 400 shows in his short 20 year old life, I still find it sad to say I haven't seen In Mourning :s)

Not much these days, but when I do I return to the stuff I used to listen to in the early 90's. carcass, morbid angel, entombed, obituary, deicide, bolt thrower, cynic, etc.

I was just wondering, I used to have a radio show for 4 years where I primarily played that stuff and I wanted to see if there are any other metalheads out there. If you've got anything good you're listening to, feel free to post it. I've been listening to some old school In Flames recently, mainly their Subterranean EP (you should check it out, it's awesome).
Subterranean
EDIT: While I do mainly listen to death metal and melodic death, I have a lot of love for different types of metal, so as long as it's fast and heavy feel free to talk about it!
EDIT 2: Just in case you missed it the first time, there's a puzzle here somewhere. GA ends @ 4:20 pm PST today. (roughly half an hour from now)
