No more instant 1 hour giveaways?

I'm trying to create a giveaway that ends within an hour which starts at this moment. But on the review page, it says begins in minutes. Shouldn't it be 'ends' in minutes? Am I missing something here? I ended up deleting one of my giveaway slot because of this.. :/

Looks like a bug where the start time of the giveaway is an actually hour from the time you set on giveaway creation.

Happened to me too.

EDIT: Looks like the end time is also an hour behind. It's probably due to a time zone shift or something.

Oh yeah, that is a probability. I didn't bothered waiting till the giveaway starts, I deleted mine right away when I saw 'begin in ____ minutes". :/

The US will be undergoing a timeshift tonight so this is probably the reason for it.
