Just got Steam to remove Starbound from my account.

You should start a petition to get it removed from steam.

Game runs almost fine for me. My only issue is the Casual crowd crying that the game is too hard. And because of that this game becomes easier each update and less fun to play...

CONSIDER THIS YOUR RTFM

The game is still in development... but they're close enough to release an working alpha / beta version to the public that pre-ordered the game. If you bother to check the Starbound website, they did note that they're running on a 3-stage beta cycle & we're on "Stage 1"... which is more of an Alpha version than a Beta version, so there will be a CRAPLOAD of bugs that they're still working on AND there will be periodic world resets as well (although the devs will try to limit those occurrences).

The game may not be optimized to work well on most systems here, but it's currently in a "Good Enough" state that those who want to play it now can do so. HOWEVER, they're also aware of the potential issues they may run in as well.

If you don't like what's going on right now, just wait until they reach the next stage in the beta cycle OR wait until they finally reach an official release version... or just don't buy the game at all (it's your money, choose how to spend it)!

It's called an early access game for a reason stupid...

this... i pretty much bullshit, i have played 48 hours of starbound and it has crashed in game only ounce, and that was my fault because i tried modding a little too heavily. if starbound has "too many technical issues" then your doing something wrong. unless you are running it on xp. then its your fault for still having xp.
