I like games that includes survival, crafting, open world. Scenarios - best in some zombie universe or in space. I love indie games.
Perfect games:

  • Project Zomboid
  • Factorio
  • Minecraft
  • Space/Medieval Engineers
  • Rust, ARK etc.
  • Don't Starve
  • Terraria

I also like indies with interesting concept, like:

  • Darkest Dungeon (recently)
  • Faster Than Light, Convoy
  • Kerbal Space Program
  • Banished
  • Papers, Please
  • Prison Architect
  • Besiege
  • Party Hard

Generally, I'm looking for some interesting game. Graphic doesn't matter, gameplay does.
I don't like anime and manga.
And I know most popular games, like: 7 days to die, Forest, How to Survive etc.

Any ideas? I would be grateful.

The Long Dark one of the best early access titles I've ever come across.

It is ... easily (imho at least) the best survival simulator on Steam (or anywhere, for that matter).

Great game, very curious about the story mode.

You may like Starbound. And perhaps Edge of Space, though I can't recommend this game as it is now.

Have you played Starbound? I heard about it but didn't tried, because it looks almost identical as Terraria.

They both use the same engine (I think) so they look about identical. But the settings and game play are different. I haven't bought Starbound yet (expensive :P) but I can see that it has some unique touches that separate it from Terraria.

Novus Inceptio fits your taste I believe... I haven't played it though. Also, it's in Early Access

Edit: Okay, no zombies or space.. but still...
Edit2: Fixed link, sorry

For survival i'd say 7 days to die/dayz or if you are willing to give grand strategy a go try europa universalis 4/crusader kings 2.

Read up on the differences of Steam (new port from mobile) and gog (original) versions. I have only played the gog one.

I'm just saying that I second that suggestion. I have the GOG version, and it's a really interesting game.

Have you tried dwarf fortress? It has zombie sperm whales among other fun things. Due to being zombie, they don;t mind going inland to have fun ;)
