Either wait another 5 days for them to respond and then request a reroll from support or read the FAQ. Either way it will be the same answer.

Wait the week; then submit ticket to support.

Also be sure to check if he redeemed it before getting a re-roll, I know from experience that it's pretty shitty when the winner tells you it was already claimed

I have the same problem right now.

I never send a game through email unless I know the guy, personally (e.g. I have his home phone number). Some people will redeem your game without telling you and/or without marking the gift received. Next time, send an email telling him or her that you are ready to give the game and see what happens.

The winner has one week to accept the gift. After that, you should send a ticket to Support along with evidence (screenshots, emails, etc.) of your attempts to deliver the game.
