Thunder Wolves: You already own this game (???)

When I go here:

It tells me that I already own this game? How's that possible? I never bought it, nor activated a key. My Steam transaction history also doesn't mention it.

Anyone else getting this?

Yeah, I know. But I never activated the game. And, as I said, my Steam "Account details", where I see everything I ever bought or activated, doesn't mention it...

This is weird. Like, really weird...
