I have recently been contacted by a friend on steam, he sent me this.
"Breaking News !!!
It's the Steam Happy Hours! You can get your really free game now with the link below : http://steamxxxxxxxxxhappyhour.tk
Hurry up it's an Exclusive offer for limited time !
Don't forget to say Thanks !"
Now. I know not to open that site for various reasons. First is .tk, second is, I've seen that format on plenty of other scamjobs. Come here, get a free game, don't forget to say thanks.
Beware that, if you do open it, what happens is, it asks you to log in to steam, you try doing it, but it gives you an error (There's actually no error, it's just meant to look like one while it steals your password). Somewhere in between, you'll be asked to disable your steam guard. What happens then is, it tells you that your steam account has been logged in from somewhere else, and that you are logged out. After that, a majority of your friends, online ones, get a message in the format presented above. Do not be stupid and fall for this. There is no free game.
Yours truly,
Ghost.
EDIT: Blanked out the link for safety reasons.
