I think he's saying that calling the site (or the keys for that matter) "CD Keys" is obsolete, because they don't come from CDs. He's not saying the site is obsolete but his name is obsolete (as far as I understand)

He's having brain diarrhea. Somehow the terms "CD keys" (e-shop) and "CD-ROM" (medium) scrambled around. I think he's trying to say that CDs as a medium are obsolete, in which case he's right. However how is that connected to anything in this thread I don't know. I just think the abbreviation CD used in any matter triggers him to some rant about compact discs.

Perhaps, was a very long time ago a game fit onto a CD. Imagine switching between ~90 CDs when installing GTA V :)

It's not GMG, it's the devs/publisher.
Game is heavily restricted in SEA so even if you get a 'RoW' copy anywhere, you cannot add it to library unless you use a VPN outside SEA.
I wanted it for a while too but they don't want my money so won't give them :P

I remember that this game had some pretty ridiculous region restrictions when it launched on steam that actually got less strict by the time I bought it (around 2 years later I think), so nothing new, just konami being konami.
It's a great game tho.
