You must give the game listed in the giveaway. Anything else means a Not Received or suspensions.

I once win a wrong game & I talk to the creator about that, then we talk to the support & agree to change the giveaway to the game that I received.

Not that easily cause if the winner were to mark it as received one of his wins would be missing from his library. I would propose either getting a working key or getting the GA deleted (which the winner has to consent to)

I don't get why people would mark something incorrectly :/
Maybe if it was an accident or someone pointed it out to them and they fixed it but intentionally doing it just makes no sense.
You're basically asking for trouble and it's incredibly ungrateful to do so.

Aaah, the story is more complicated than that sadly.
I had a winner with multiple wins, so I filed a re-roll request. A support member told me later that one of these would have been marked as not received by the winner, no multiwin at hand like that, so I sent the key but left the ticket open because I was expecting a reply to a comment of mine from the staff.
Another support member then went ahead and re-rolled the giveaway, because the first support member didn't notice the guy had changed his giveaway feedback to "not received" to make his multi-win appear to be legit. My key had been already sent out per email to the first winner though, which then was permabanned for giving false feedback. Of course the key was duped for the re-rolled winner :(
I explained the whole mess including screenshots and everything in a ticket, but yeah, so far nothing happened, as only cg seems to be able to change received feedback and it seems like he wasn't in the mood for doing that much lately

Yuck, that sucks. I once had somebody win one of my GAs who clearly had multiple accounts and created lots of private GAs for 5 people. I reported my suspicions, but I had to take the Not Received in the meantime. Several times I almost gave the guy the game just to get rid of the Not Received. Finally, six full months later, he and his cronies were all permabanned and I was granted my reroll request. I sent the gift to the new winner for a game she entered six months prior.
Epilogue: she didn't thank me for the game.
