In Italy young people dress up and go to parties, but discos are still closed because of covid measures so I don't think there will be much going on.
There's no trick or treating whatsoever afaik, we have Carnival in february which is more popular.

Just curious, is anyone from a country where Halloween is not part of their culture but some people still dress up and celebrate it individually? Anyone from a country where it's illegal?
