One of my favorites was when, in Sleeping Dogs, I tried to buy food from a street vendor and my character got stuck in a loop of asking the vendor for the food over and over for like two minutes instead of actually receiving it

I also had this visual glitch while "hacking" a camera in Sleeping Dogs

Saints Row 3: AI fail when soldiers fall into water, cars/pedestrians walking on the air where a bridge used to be, a light pole floating several feet in the air

In Sudden Strike when you play the German campaign one level is D-Day and you have to defend. You win when you manage to get troops to a small bridgehead. It takes at least 10 hours to play this map.

Or you could drop your Airbornes on that island and win after 40 secs ..

Ah, almost forgot this one:

Stuck monsters? from Ys I. For some weird reason the two monsters cannot seem to go past that spot.

A flight sim-ish game I've been playing a lot of recently got an update that was supposed to make the damage model on planes better.
Well it did, but now sometimes when you get shot down and hit the ground, you bounce and sometimes shoot up to the sky at more than 3000 mph

BORDERLANDS MIGTHY SECRET GARAGE or, the place where the car is "stored" when the thing blows up... or something

I've seen tons of glitches, but my most recent ones were... In the new Tomb Raider, I killed a bunch of enemies and walked back behind where they were originally at and there was a floating bow in the air. The exact same one that Lara uses in that game. And in Assassin's Creed III, I went and attacked a fort. Killed the leader by pushing him off the ledge and instead of falling to his death - he hung from the side of the ledge, spinning around and around. It took a minute or two before it registered as a death and let me lower the flag, but all the enemies were still attacking me.
