I'd suggest Defendor. It's not a super-hero, despite what the name suggests. The main character is a slightly retarded construction worker (in fact he only looks after the equipment) and by night he acts like he's a superhero, but he fails all the same.

The story is funny at times, awesome at others, and generally it's an underrated masterpiece. The actors' performance is amazing.

The Blues Brothers.

Maybe some comedies to pull you through work stress so how about Dr. Strangelove, all of the Toy Story series because they're awesome, I don't know what your humour is like but Monty Python is a nonsensical delight, and then there's The Big Lebowski too
