I have a friend who's living in Germany and he mentioned that the giveaway for Vambrace is not available to him. Game is priced at 2.49€. Can anyone confirm if there's a regional restriction?

If that still doesn't work, then maybe they're blocked to claim somehow, maybe switching device, or using mobile network to see if that works or not.
