That story in the OP was mentioned in the podcast "Lore". You should listen to it as it's filled with strange stories like that.

Frankly, half of the statements and quotes Trump did are like out of a political comedy or a fever dream. He is such a politician as he is - but the sheer amount of ignorance, lying, self-praising and cluelessness I have to repeatedly remind myself that yes, these things actually happened. ( Are we sure he's not an android that is puppeteered by theonion.com?)
