I've just sent this to support,but they don't answer me

i have just made a donation of victoria 2.When i created i had around 30 dollars value.Now the giveaway ended and i've sent the key,the reciever confirmed and i did too.The value of victoria 2 is 20 dollars,but i only have 38.86.Please is there anyway to change it,because now i should have around 50 dollars on my value!

it was a bundle game so you won't get contributor value unless your given for more than 30 $ of none bundle games
