Worst job experience?

So I'm working for a telecoms complany as a support engineer and I hate it so much. The people I deal with on a daily basis are so stupid to the point someone asked me to visit them (2 hour journey) just to plug in a phone then refused to pay the fee.

I'm just wondering whats been your worst experience you've had working?
