You should remove the name as this may lead to a suspension for calling out. Although this is like the third forum post ive seen for this user in the past few days. You could have eliminated this problem by installing and using enhanced steam.

1/ remove the link / username, calling out is forbidden by SG rules
2/ you can report to Steam support and eventually fill a report in SteamRep, but since he' already a flagged scammer it's not really useful
3/ next time you want to trade with someone, check his profile here and in Steamrep. You would have seen that he is a scammer

he's already banned here. support can't do anything else.

i'd recommend that you install enhanced steam, it adds links to steamrep and steamgifts so you can check if you aren't dealing with an impersonator, and if the user is already reported it shows a warning.

Yea I keep seeing this user pop up. Only thing you can do is move forward. Steam won't do anything. You can find his SG profile and leave him negative rep to warn other users about this guy. You can leave negative rep http://steamrep.com/ there. But your games are gone.

Best you can do is try to contact HB and ask them to disable the keys.

These directions were originally intended for someone and something else entirely, but I feel they would also help you with your current issue.

Acquire the following:

1 goat (gender irrelevant)
1 person under 4 feet in height (again gender irrelevant)
1 cowboy outfit (size: small)
5 gallons hydrochloric acid
1 extremely over-sized scented candle

Follow these directions as closely as possible:

1) have the height-impaired person don the cowboy outfit
2) have the cowboy attired vertically challenged person ride the goat in front of the cheater, screaming "yeehaw!"
3) club aforementioned cheater soundly over the noggin with the over-sized candle, several times if necessary
4) use the acid to dissolve the vile scammer and flush him down the drain (please be sure to follow the directions for acid use on container to avoid injury)
5) repeat steps 3 and 4 for the silly fool who dressed up like a cowboy to distract your friend (no witnesses, right?)
6) burn the candle to cleanse the air of the acid odor
