I'm Level 1 how to be in Level 2 !?

hi all ,
i'm in Level 1 and don't know how xd , i think because of a giveaway i create
my Q is , if i want to be level 2 , i should make the contributor Level for the giveaway open for all user or level 1 only ?

because this game was avaiable for free, and games from free promos are removed from SG

Level or other restrictions you put don't matter. As long as 5 or more people enter, you get "credited" for your giveaway. :)

But you should not make giveaways for games that you've won, that's against the rules. All won games has to be activated on your account.
