I have two keys to CoD4: MW (no Steam version).
Giving away because that is not the Steam version.
If they are correct, please inform ( I lucky :) )

From what I know how to download the game is able to activate (specifically as it works to me, do not ask)

you need the retail version of the game, the keys are to be able to connect to legit servers.
You can redeem them ingame, though posting them like this will get them blacklisted soon(because many people will use them at the same time).
