no, i'm laughing at that they can revoke any game whenever they want. even if you bought it on steam, game could be gone one day without any reason because why not? so i wouldn't use the word permanently.

Just missed it after i ordered. If they give me borderlands 2 instead i'm gonna try and get a refund. Not sure if i'll get one but it's worth a try :P
edit: I got a refund straight away. Just talk to someone in the webchat if you want a refund.

Because they were stupid enough to give out pre-sequel codes instead of borderlands 2, so loads of people bought it expecting to get pre-sequel instead. Not likely that i'll get a refund but if they have good customer service then they should give me one.

LOL!! You have much to learn about our planet and about money my friend. Maybe they will even remove your key for trying to steal a Pre-Sequel key from them and try to make them lose money. ;-)
Ever heard of revoking? It happens when mistakes like this happens, they can remove your game from Steam.
