Hello, I'm new here but not that dumb. In Steamtrades someone added me on steam and we had this conversation, my English is very bad, sorry if you read nonsense from me.

You usually need this thing called proof when accusing someone of something. All I see is someone who wouldn't cooperate and had just created his account. It's suspicious, but by no means proves he's a scammer.
