[Differences] PayPal Verified & Not Verified

Verified account has at one point had card on it that user verified. (paypal charges you random amount of money and you tell how much it was to prove you own the card)

some stores only allow verified paypal to purchase something. There's also a limit but I think it was quite high enough for normal year purchases ($5000 I think) and normally trading with people via paypal asks you to be verified or not do the trade at all.
