If you're talking about SG: Winners aren't anonymous to -you-. They remain unlisted in the giveways until completion so others don't try to spoof their account.
If you're talking about people with locked down profiles on Steam, that's just par for the course.

Both GA creator and non-creator viewers get directed to the same page (ie www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/gsbQe/avernum-2-crystal-souls/winners) It just generates a different page depending on who is viewing. Thus the creator oughtn't be seeing Anonymous unless they're not logged into the site.

I usually start with https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/created, And when your giveaway ends, in top right corner icon that leads to that page gets red.
