If he doesn't respond within 7 days, you'll need to provide some proof you tried to contact the winner - through email, adding them on Steam, or leaving a comment on one of their old giveaways. I usually send links to screenshots, but support will let you know if they need anything else.

You have to wait 7 days. Then you can either "Request received feedback" or "Request new winner" via support ticket.

I still have one winner not claiming his gift some 2 months later. Maybe they died or something. Can't re-roll because there were less entries than gifts in the giveaway.

I sent support a message last night (though, the likelihood of that doing any good at all is practically nil).

It looks like he marked every game he's won here as not received and hasn't signed on in 3 months.

I don't see any open ticket from you so I assume you created an user report. You should submit a ticket in the "Request Received Feedback" category instead.

He could be abroad cos work, poor guy. Be patient. You might find some clues on his profile. Is he a regular gamer? If that's the case, he might just be AFK because game killers (work, gf, kids... all terrible things)

i for one am away on a business trip, all i have is a tablet, i have won a game in the meantime, going to search for a pc in the weekend to be able to activate it, but i cannot do anything until then, so the creator of the GA might be asking the same questions. don't panic, there can be many reasons.
