I assume you're wanting a partner to help run the server rather then simply play with you?

Good luck, tekkit is an epic leap from what Minecraft offers. Shame it can't be kept up to date (quickly) with the latest Minecraft releases.

Yeah, unless you just want someone to play with, telling people the goal of your server might help. Unless you want just any 12 year old who plays Minecraft to volunteer.
