i personally haven't played it in a really long time, but now that you reminded me of it i kinda want to play it again. imo i'd say yes if you pick it up @ 75% off or better, but not before then really being as old as it is now.

there was an unreal deal pack which included 5 unreal titles for like 4 euros during last sale, it might have been a glitch. I think that was the lowest... about 84% off i think

Yeah now I'm kinda wanting to play it again, too. Played it for ages, then quit and moved on, and now every time I see it on sale I consider getting it for my Steam account.
What always stops me, though, is knowing that once I install it and load it up, it's probably not going to be as good as I remember it. :X

also even try just Unreal Tournament GOTY edition (the original, not 3) -- that is the cdkey i used that for some really strange reason gave me the UT3 black edition license i own.
as far as the lowest discount, i believe it was actually 80% off once or twice, but 75% off sales come fairly often (typically both summer & winter sales, with a possibility of easter or other)
