Can I request a reroll if the winner just gave away the game they won from me?

Hi all, I had a winner that won a game 2 days ago. They gave away that game a few hours ago. Now they just win that same game again from me.

Can I request a reroll? It feels wrong giving a game that the person already one once and gave away.

thanks all. I requested a reroll. Yeah. He won the same game 2 days ago. Looks like he regifted it 9 hrs ago. (at least his giveaway ended 9 hours ago). He just won my giveaway for same game. I requested reroll.
