Are you confused?
There was a series called 'Masters of Horror'. That sounds like an episode called 'Homecoming' although it was a while since I saw it.

So, a matter of years ago, I watched this weird ass episode (something about horror) on Chiller and I forget what it was called, so I hope you guys will remember it and tell me! The episode was about war veterans that had died and wanted to vote because they fought for it. That was what I remember as the main plot, however I have some other identifying scenes. In the beginning, it foreshadows the end where they are surrounded by zombies on a bridge. He then shoots the women shooting the zombies on the bridge with a shotgun because his brother is among them. Also, at one point, it shows a flashback to when he was a little kid. His brother, also being in the war had a pistol out on his desk. The protagonist went up to his brother, and told him that his mother needed help with the groceries. When his brother went to help, he took the pistol and sat down in his chair. When his brother enters the room, he says "friend or foe." His brother tells him how the pistol is real, and not to shoot him. His brother fires anyway and kills his brother. He tells his mother how bad he feels, and the flashback ends. Another one of the scenes is when the zombies come back, they walk among the street and it's raining. Everyone is running towards shops to stay dry, and the zombie is walking slowly around the streets. A couple comes outside and welcomes him in. They tell him that he is okay here, and that they have a son in the war. The third scene I remember is the zombie prison. The zombies that commit a crime even after returning went there. Someone comes in to his cell with his mother on the phone. He says if he signs something he can talk to his mother. He purposely drops the pen, and a guy reaches down to pick it up. He grabs him, and smashes his head in on a table. The last thing I remember is when the zombies finally get to vote, they drop dead right after voting. Afterwards, some politicians are drunk and don't actually count their votes. This of course leads to the zombies coming back, and then this leads to the scene in the beginning of them on the bridge. If you've read this far, thanks for reading all I remember of a weird show. If you have no idea what episode I am talking about, please at least try to tell me any series Chiller aired about different horror stories, and each episode was standalone. Anyway, thanks for any responses you have!
