Need help finding a game

Hey!

Last couple of weeks I've been replaying some old games that I remember being good (like Beyond Good and Evil, Tonic Trouble...).

Here comes the problem: I remember a game from a long time ago (probably 10+ years) that I really want to play

All I remember:

-It's an RPG

-It's probably anime-ish

-You had 4 characters (you found your friends throughout the game) and you could change between them (mid fight too if I remember correctly)

-The 4 characters were: A guy with sword, a girl (I think she had blue hair and arrow), another girl (I think with claws) and a guy with a gun

-Some of them could do things others couldn't, and you could go back to earlier places and find items with them.

-You could get stat improving things that I always used on the sword guy

-Combat was third person fighting, not turned based.

That's all I can think of, if you have any idea it would be greatly appreciated.
