You have multiple options as they probably don't read the forum. 1) Send to their e-mail (visible here). 2) If they don't answer, then ask Support for a reroll. 3) Give it to the first person who uses your e-mail address which you so kindly posted and who pretends to be the winner and get scammed. May I suggest NOT the last one.
