There is no point thinking about being blacklisted. You will get blacklisted for making giveaways, making no giveaways, commenting on giveaways, not commenting on giveaways, ....

A thread about blacklists like this one will get you on some more blacklists.

There is no way of knowing who blacklisted you, unless you click on a giveaway of such a person by chance.

When you liked it you will be whitelisted. Sometimes i make awesome whitelist giveaways ;)

I am more surprised that only six people blacklisted you after a "like my facebook page for whitelists" description like that, considering one of the biggest known blacklists sprees was after a guy tried a "whitelist for whitelist" stunt.

Yeah, some people are just self-righteous little picky-pants who will blacklist you over nothing. Ignore them. I do.

Heck, I'll probably pick up a BL or two just for expressing my opinion here because someone with no spine to confront me feels I've somehow personally insulted them (which I haven't, but that doesn't stop some people from being reactionary asshats who make everything about them). I give away thousands of games, so since blacklists are automatically two ways, that's fine by me. Good riddance. I don't want people like that who just build bad karma all of the time to be the ones to win my GAs.

I don't blacklist anyone unless they do something particularly offensive...and I mean that has to be intentional and not just ignorance. I disagree with people all of the time, but I don't BL them unless they really, really deserve it. I think that my entire list is like 5 people.

Don't worry about it too much. Jerks will be jerks. All the rest of us can do is just keep giving games and enjoying the magic that is Steam Gifts. 😀👍🏻

I get the most blacklists when I do events/giveaways, don't worry about it, people are weird.

I got blacklisted for saying that IMO Rocket League isn't worth 20$ :P Don't worry about it, just dumb people that whenever they disagree with you or just don't like something you said they blacklist the crap out of everyone xd

Da SG vollkommen (okay, dein Account muss $100 Wert sein) kostenlos ist, ist es auch voll von Kindern. 6 Blacklists ist noch gar nichts. Ich habe fast 500 ^^ Aber wie einige bereits schrieben, deine Giveaways können die anderen nicht mehr sehen und joinen. Das war vorher ganz anders. Erst seit den letzten Updates ist dies so.

Als Grund kann es sowas bescheuertes sein wie, "Du hast ein Wort falsch geschrieben" oder "Mir gefällt dein Nickname/Avatar nicht". Wie gesagt alles vollkommen anonym.

I actually farm BLs. Sadly, I also have gotten 114 WL which confuses me.

There is always a reason to add you to blacklist - your nick, your avatar, your steamprofile etc.
For example - hey, you giveaway Amnesia when it was massively free. Blacklisted you.
