I was thinking of replying to all the comments saying I was a scammer, but then I decided not to bother with it. I checked their post history and someone said they reported them and had them "trade banned". I just don't know how they ended up at my profile.

Yeah. Where do you even go to 'log a support case' with steam? It's really just annoying spam and if people are going to do that it would be nice if they took away their posting permission, at least.
All I did was block and report. That seems like all you can do.
I looked at https://help.steampowered.com/en/ first, but it seems limited just to hardware or games, things to do with steam but nothing to do with users.

Because they don't give a damn about harassment unless you are a developer whose game actually generates some revenue. You may go to reddit/twitter in hopes of getting media attention, but in all honesty, your best bet is to wait out until he gets bored with it.
(Or bombarded down, since that oblast he gave is right in the middle of the zone the Russians are waging the war at.)

Actually I have my answer to what was going on. They're upset that I was selling an Eversion Booster Pack. I just found out this was also their account http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198265834653 so I guess they feel upset that someone else is selling something they were selling.

When you mentioned looking, I wasn't sure if you meant the puzzle or scamming, but I thought you meant scamming after a few seconds. Now I'm guessing you meant the puzzle, right? Someone already dropped a hint in the comments and I dropped the "beginning" hint in reply to someone..
I don't think anyone even cares that much for this puzzle and I already feel bad because even if the game is unbundled, a basically multiplayer only game probably seems like a lame game. If it's any consolation, the game it leads to is Deadly Premonition (which is still level 4+) and I'll have to make the other game later because it doesn't show up
The fact that barely anyone has even mentioned the puzzle itself and it has a huge focus on the obvious spamming really deters or people just don't care, realize or think it's too much of a waste of time as a puzzle.
edit: to be even more fair, since puzzles are 'made up' I am not sure how well someone can even figure it out but I assume they can at least get to the basis of the start if they bother to look. Then they would have to take the time to figure out what to do from there.

Yeah, a while back I took down all my reviews, screenshots, etc, because somebody made a huge effort to spam them all with instructions for me to kill myself because of my alleged deviant sexuality because I made a few minor criticisms of the game balance, quest rewards and weapon degradation systems in Dead Island...
