If it's just not activated wins you can simply buy those and activate them and your profile is clean again. If it was multiple wins that would be more complicated.

I also gave away a game that turned out to be different from the gift I posted.
It was Heaven Island MMO, but I gave away Heaven Island, so I gave the winner of the gift the game Batman Arkham City instead(Told him to pick any game up to 5€), but he marked it as not received so SteamGifts doesn't ruin his profile. How do I fix this?

Yea, it's just not-activated wins. You can check by using this.
I personally use an addon that adds links to all profiles but these would be the links to check your profile for example:

http://www.sgtools.info/multiple/ShortyDevil
The misleading GA thing won't get flagged by SG Tools but if you want to fix that too you can ask the winner to comment on the GA and agree to delete it. Considering you gave him a game that's worth much more than the game originally advertised he will hopefully agree.

So, I was not really the best SteamGifts user, and didn't activate 2 or 3 games years ago. However, that has changed, and I am giving away a lot of games with no level restriction so everyone can benefit, however, my profile isn't clean at all. I can't join SGTools gifts, and I want it to be possible.
