I know it's "easy to say", but what I recommend is to smoke your last cigar today and don't ever think about it after that. I gave up smoking 2,5 years ago (after smoking for 7-8), and believe it or not, it isn't that hard when you have everything set in mind. You have to realise how bad it is for you - and by realising it, I mean not only knowing the information that you already know, but feeling/understanding it on a deeper level. If you REALLY want to give it up, I'm sure you can do it (even if you don't get any help).

It's been two weeks now and I'm proud owner of an "Ego-C" :)
I can literally feel that my lungs have gotten cleaner and "stronger" and my life, in total, is on an uphill movement :)

Interestingly enough, while reading and commenting all posts, I haven't had a cig :D
I will consider everything you guys suggested, but probably will buy an e-cig starter kit from a local shop.
I guess, for now, I need the habit more than the nicotine, so a 0mg nicotine e-cig seems like a good solution for the transition.
In a couple of weeks, or so do I hope, I'll be finally clean. Clean forever :)
