The Mass Effect series. Just because the overall narrative was pretty powerful.
Okami, Nier, Ni no Kuni, .hack//GU, Shin Megami Tensei Persona 4, Legend of Mana
All of these games (at one point or another), impacted me in some way. Hell, I still get upset at various points in Mass Effect or when I hear certain tracks from the soundtrack.

There must be one or few games that you were really impressed? It doesn't matter that it can be of any console.
These are the the game that I really enjoyed a lot and was so Unique.
