The Mass Effect series. Just because the overall narrative was pretty powerful.
Okami, Nier, Ni no Kuni, .hack//GU, Shin Megami Tensei Persona 4, Legend of Mana

All of these games (at one point or another), impacted me in some way. Hell, I still get upset at various points in Mass Effect or when I hear certain tracks from the soundtrack.

Telltale's The Walking Dead for the beautiful story and Oblivion, as I grew up playing it and it's a great RPG.

The Elder Scrolls - Morrowind for single player , that game is magical, and as for online it was Lineage 2 , played like 7 years of that game.

Especially the two Deponias and Bioshock Infinite, but also both the Batman: Arkham, the first three Silent Hiill games and The Binding of Isaac.
