does HB GIFT LINK SYSTEM has problems?????

Check spam folder and try resending bit later, I've had it happen couple times that the first mail never arrives.

I've had a situation where HB never sent the redemption link after many hours. I had to ask the person who gifted it to me to contact HB to give me the link.

Could be. I checked and suddenly all my unclaimed purchases (meaning: unused gift links bought from the Humble store) vanished without a trace, and I have a single game on the list which I never bought. It looks like as if my account info/purchase history suddenly got swapped with someone else's. o.O

Yes. It is best to generate the link than send through Humble's email system. That way, you know for sure you can redeem the game and not have to contact support.

i find that i can not receive ANY mail from HB

Well for one you aren't supposed to send giftlinks to yourself.

If you've already claimed it, you might be able to see it in the purchases tab as "Gift" or unlabeled or under keys.

only by your mail box

but my problem is that my mail box seems to block any mails from hb
resend ,advertisement,purchase information ..............
i can not receive anyone suddenly
