About buying AoE on Microsoft Store

When i bought AoE on Microsoft Store, it charged additional fees (about 0.9$)... what's this ? ...everytime i used my cc to buy game for my friends, it still charged exactly 0.9$

actually when i add my cc, they immediately charged 21000VNĐ(~0.9$) before i clicked on BUY

yep pretty sure you got charge a foreign transaction fee then. only some credit cards have 0% foreign transaction fee while other charge a foreign transaction fee.

solution: sign up for a credit card that targets travel (airline/hotel). those have 0% foreign transaction fee.
