Hello! I'm Japanese, and I'm not very good at English, but after seeing everyone posting puzzles, I wanted to create one too.

However, due to personal reasons, I don't have the financial means to prepare an expensive prize... The only games I could offer are ones that are considered "worthless" on SG. That being said, two of the games I prepared are masterpieces and were really fun.

Now, let's get to the main topic. Whenever I solve puzzles, I always have to start by figuring out what the English text says. So this time, I decided to create a puzzle in Japanese. (Please don’t start hating Japanese because of this...)

The answer to the puzzle is the name of a historical samurai warlord. Please enter your answer using half-width characters. Do not include a space between the family name and the given name. The order should be family name first, followed by the given name.
Example: Nobunaga Oda → odanobunaga

This is the first puzzle I’ve ever created, so there may be many flaws. Please forgive me. Also, if the key doesn’t work, please let me know.
Also, I wanted to create an embedded link, but I couldn't do it...sorry...
→Yay! I was able to create the link. Thank you, WaxWorm.

Additional Note:

Thank you for indulging in my silly puzzle. (My puzzle may be silly, but the game is not!)
To be honest, I thought no one would pay attention since the prize value is low on SG. I really appreciate everyone’s kind comments.

Fun reversal of language problem for all English speakers) Gives me my own ideas...

Bump! The only thing it's missing is one of those "learn japanese by playing RPG" kind of games as a giveaway

They might have low cost (コスト) but that doesn't mean they don't have value (値打ち) to some.

does it really matter what language the questions are asked in if we all use Google Translate (or another website|translation program)?

Thank you for praising my silly puzzle. I’m very happy if you enjoyed it even a little. If I have a bit more financial freedom in the future, I’m thinking of preparing a more expensive gift next time.

I wouldn't worry much about the GA's value, unless you are trying to level up fast your Contributor Level.
People who like puzzles will participate even if they are not interested in the games and even free games will find some participants who want to win the game, so you are good.
I say.....just have fun :)

Very fun puzzle, the language barrier added some difficulty. So that's what it is for you!

One game is way more than decent, and the three others are +92% in rating. Those aren't worthless. Maybe you mean "zero contribution value", or 0CV. But CV affects you, not the game or anything else. It doesn't matter why those games got market as 0CV, they're not worthless, they're valuable. And there's always people, veterans or newbies here, who don't have those games, and they can't get them again in a bundle or a promotion. You're giving away good games for free, and you're going to make four people happy with their new amazing games.

And, any event is worth it even with just bundle leftovers (again, not using this example because they're worthless, but because they're common). I've had great fun making a puzzle, or glad to say "happy cake day" or "congrats for your new job", and then enter a +30 games train without entering any.

I only feel bad when I'm giving away a game that is panned by reviews and has low rating. And still there are people entering, and the winner saying "hey thanks for this game, I've been after it for long!" because we all have different tastes about what we want to play. And sure there are people who enter games for their apparent price value; but the fact is that the game given in a giveaway is always free, since SG points are not real currency. The cost, if any, is on the giveaway maker's side. And some are very generous, buying unbundled games just to give them away here. Others just give what they can (like me, mostly bundle leftovers), and others just... Well I stop here, nothing to do with the value of your giveaways. As long as your giveaways aren't horrible asset flips, one of those overpriced things, or a really bad abandoned EA pre-alpha full of bugs, the games themselves are valuable. And the ones I mentioned... Still people will enter for them; because collectionism, masochism, lack of knowledge, or even curiosity.

One man's garbage is another sengoku warlord's treasure.

Thank you for your encouraging comment. Your words truly moved me. My puzzles may be trivial, but I believe the game itself is something wonderful. I want to continue providing great games in the future.
I really appreciate the time you took to encourage me. I will keep doing my best!

Love the puzzle, and choice of warlords too.
I thought it was just me being weird, but turns out I do know all of them from before—used to be a big fan of the Sengoku Basara series, and had a blast playing the game on ps2, was surprised after seeing the second warlord name since he's my favorite one from that game :p

I also loved the Sengoku BASARA series! I was a fan of Mitsunari Ishida! I'm happy to meet someone who likes the same game.

Sengoku Basara was awesome, wish more of the games were localised. Have both of the localised games, Devil Kings on PS2 and Sengoku Basara Samurai: Heroes on PS3 (also used to own it on Wii), but also bought the fourth game on PSN using a Japanese PSN account, since my brother loves the games and the basic gameplay doesn't need the language knowledge.

Me though, I'm more familiar with the Fate versions of such characters. I've been working hard for the past few years to max out one of the characters in Fate/Grand Order. :P

Oh, Mitsunari is a really cool character too! His moveset is really cool and fun to play with :b
Think he's up there along with Masamune and Uesugi Kenshin as my personal favorites :p
