how can i make the script to update my wishlist and show the games with violet border?
i alrdy synced with steamaccount

Steamgifts only pick the top 25 games from your Steam wishlist. Those are the only ones that will get highlighted.

If you want a different behavior, you're gonna have to crack open the source code and do it yourself.

SG+ is a dead script. No one is working on it. It barely has hosting. With the site database switching to the new layout in the not-too-distant future, no one is making changes either to the site code or the script, and no one is going to. The script won't even work at that point.

Right now, it uses the top 25 from your wishlist that SG keeps in the database, as was already pointed out. If you want it to keep track of more, you're going to have to add code yourself that fetches that data directly from Steam's servers. Lotsa luck, because no one else is going to put that kind of work into a dead script that will be deprecated soon.

I just completely stopped using SG+ because their always migrating hosts, and it's a pain in the ass to keep up with. Eventually I learned the art of manually making clickies.
