Nobody can tell you, as it would be leaking the puzzle answer. Also, you are leaking the puzzle with your "spoiler" message, you should remove it. That sequence says a lot.

And by the way - in the garden - you use "the items" only once, so if you would find f.ex. "a key" and some time later you use it - you can throw it away.
