In some days ago I tried to request a new winner for one giveaway. No answer by support in 5 days.
My week was too stressful and I know I won't have time to check, so I sent the key for that winner, he marked as received and I thought it was done.
Almost on the day seven the support rerolled and the received go.

So I did another ticket explaining the situation. No answers and it's almost on the 7 day.
I can get another key and sent to this new winner, but if the support answer, maybe he can be rerolled and it will be a cycle?

What should I do? Wait support? Get another key and send?
I didn't wait the support before because I have an open ticket in months and many people say they have open tickets in many time, I already saw people saying about years.

if you no longer need support to do something, close your ticket.
if you go into your ticket, there should be an option somewhere ( top corner i think)

Either get the new winner a key or ask them to agree to deleting the giveaway. Re-rolling again and again won't resolve any issues.

support are volunteers, and they are probably as stressed as you are and also managing tickets here.

i don't think they can roll back to a previous winner unless they forward the ticket to the admin. wait for a reply.

Sure. I know they are busy and mostly now as sg are increasing this much.
But I didn't and don't know how long a ticket can take to be answered.
Like there are people saying about months and their tickets are still open.

you should have closed the ticket, but get another key has no sense at this point imho
however it's a shame this comunity has a so low numbered support
1 admin, 1 super mod, 4 moderators and 6 support little helpers, is that correct?

With about 1/4 of rules breaker and we can't know if they already had suspension.
I'm wondering how much time it can still "works" like this.

I didn't know we can close tickets here.
Generally in many sites, stores and foruns we cannot.

I already thought there was a few people to manage but not so few. Sad to know.

I almost waited 6 days for my recent two re-roll tickets, even though some other of my re-roll tickets created around the same time for the same re-roll reason were processed much faster (only took like a few hours or so).

At this moment you could just get the winner a new key if you want to spend the extra cash, or explain the situation to the new winner and see if they agree to delete the giveaway.
