It was not fun at all and even on the easiest difficulty I couldn't focus on the story.

I kinda agree on you there about the story .

I felt that it wasn't focused much , it is well written IMO but there can be some side quests or even some events in the main objectives that can makes you forget about what its all about

Ahhh yeaaah that part , now I remember besides that ridicules human flesh body outfits that the boss wears to camouflage himself , made me fell to the floor

the part where I didn't carry around any guns and had to pirate the dlc grenade launcher just so I could get past the bosses
