If I buy a humble bundle and give origin keys to a friend while I activate steam ones, will I be able to play with him online in games like crysis or burnout if we are playing in different plattforms?

Thanks in advance

Nope, the keys for both platforms are associated. Just buy 2 bundles

i don't know about any other games but me and a few friends have been playing Burnout Paradise, 4 of us on steam and 4 on Origin and they've been sharing the keys and it all works fine, can't confirm any other games but you can do it with Burnout

You can. It goes against the terms, but you can.
By the way, you can also get a third key (also for Origin) for Crysis 2, Medal of Honor and Burnout after activating them in Steam.

But you will need at least a second key to activate some after installation (the Steam one doesn't work for that); so I would strongly recommend just buying a second bundle.

well according to the T's and C's giving away any of the games here is wrong, so's buying more then 1 copy per person

Ah okay. I guess Humble Bundle doesn't update its texts and prompts to reflect the rules on new bundles (like how it says a bundle offers DRM-free games when it doesn't).

the entire T's and C's section at the bottom was written by EA not humble bundle.

I was not referring to EA's Terms and Conditions at all. Where would you even get that idea? What even made you bring it up? Do you insert whatever thought that comes to mind into every discussion, no matter the relevance? This is not written by EA.

So what? I was talking about Humble Bundle's prompt for an user to purchase another copy of the bundle, not EA's, so please stop bringing your beloved T's and C's up and add insulting remarks because other people can use the SteamGifts forum formatting (seriously, wtf?). Edit: Glad you had the decency to edit that out.

so your saying it's the distributor who makes up the rules not the creator, hmm great logic, it's got nothing to do with humble bundle, if EA says 1 per person then it's one per person, it's their's to sell not humble bundles.

Feel free to continue putting words in my mouth, since you don't even take the effort to understand what I posted. Why are you targeting me for random attacks when I was mentioning something completely different?

You can buy more than one copy and send it via email as a gift, though.

What goes against the terms? He's asking if he can play online with a friend if he's on Steam and the friend is on Origin

he's asking if he can use his steam key and his friends can use HIS origin key to play together, therefore buying 1 humble bundle and using it at the same time for 2 different people.

Read the OP, he wants to give his friends the Origin codes. He would have the Origin version of the games and OP the Steam ones.

It goes against the very rules of the bundle because it says, right below when looking the codes up, "the codes are for personal use only."

To be honest spending 1$ is not too much, so I'd recommend you to buy a second bundle and gift it to your friend.
