Good people of SteamGifts...

So, here's the deal. On GMG, Chivalry has gone on sale for $12.49 (with the voucher code GMG20-P4DLK-FKYRS, $10). I've tried buying it multiple different ways including paypal, a friend's credit card, a prepaid MasterCard I just got today, and it just won't work. I even attached the prepaid card to paypal and it still doesn't work. So I'm wondering if the good people of SteamGifts can do me a solid here :) I made a thread on SteamTrades as well but it got immediately swallowed up in a sea of threads. I can send $10 from paypal or buy any game on steam worth that much. Help me out guys?
